*The package will ship from our retail stores which in Asia via international register air mail right after the payment received. The oversea package usually take 12~20 business days(not included Sat. and Sun. and Holidays) for ship, but sometimes or during holiday seasons might take longer. Please track your package with the tracking# in your local post office. The delivery confirmation records will show up when the international package arrive into your country.

Return policy:

We accept returns of merchandise up to 7 days after you receive it. We will pay return shipping only when there is a defect in the item or an error on our part with confirmation from PrincessDreamzStyle.com in writing or email *. Please note that due to the intimate nature of underwear, socks and sleepwear, we cannot accept worn garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn. Any item that has been worn will not be accepted.
